Chord sketch
A bar per line, or per |. Several chords in one bar split it between them. [Name] starts a section. The bars arrive empty — type frets over the rests afterwards.

Insert drops an empty bar after the one you’re in and shifts the rest right. New bars arrive as rests — type frets over them.
Transpose
The whole song, a fret at a time, on the strings it is on. Chords and key move with it. A note that would leave the neck goes to another string, or an octave over if no string can reach it.
Sections
A reference shows just its name — use it for a chorus or verse that repeats an earlier one. R turns any section into one; its notes are kept, only hidden.
